TITLE: Circle Bar Barback
DEPARTMENT: Bar / Food and Beverage
REPORTS TO: Beverage Manager/ Supervisor
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS PROFILE: Able to work with people.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Make sure all bars are stocked with adequate amounts of beer, juices, mixes, etc. 2. Keep liquor room and beer cooler neat and organized. 3. Inform manager of any breakdowns or malfunctions of equipment. 4. Assist bartenders with the preparation of service (cut fruit, dishwashing, etc.). 5. Assist bartenders with the end of the day clean up of the bar (mopping, etc.). 6. Communicate with the bartenders to do what they need. 7. Follow department and casino policies and procedures. 8. Available and willing to work any changes in hours on the schedule at anytime during employment. 9. Regular attendance necessary. 10. Regular punctuality necessary. 11. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ATTRIBUTES: 1. Ability to take the initiative and work unsupervised. 2. Some knowledge of liquor service helpful.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 1. Able to repeat bending and twisting. 2. Carry up to 40lbs. 3. Able to push up to 50lbs.
