The 4-9-1 Philadelphia Eagles jumped out to a 14-3 lead against the Dallas Cowboys and the Carolina Panthers were dominating Washington and Dwayne Haskins from the start. Unbelievably, the Eagles’ playoff hopes were still alive. But not for long.
In perhaps the worst division in recent memory, the Eagles quickly proved they were possibly the worst of a bad bunch. The Cowboys exposed the Birds’ fatal flaws – a depleted secondary, lack of offensive weapons, and questionable play calling – en route to a 37-17 win. There were a self-inflicted wounds, too. The Eagles had six false starts.
In addition to a quarterback controversy, calls for the coach and general manager’s firing, the loss eliminated the Eagles from playoff contention.
Eagles Twitter was at full throat.

Hurts struggles
Making his third start, rookie quarterback Jalen Hurts struggled, throwing two interceptions.
Ya’ll running Carson Wentz outta this city but won’t address the flaming hot garbage that is the rest of the team. Hope we don’t run Jalen Hurts out of town too? pic.twitter.com/jcUrQJp1b2

Nelson Agholor is a better player than Jalen Reagor. The guy Howie passed on Jefferson for.
And Howie Roseman is gonna keep his job
It’s vomit inducing
